This monument to mid-century design was built as No.8 in the series of Case Study houses and is still recognized for its revolutionary use of space and materials. These Eames House blocks form a puzzle image of this architectural landmark while showcasing the letters, numerals and symbols of the Eames Century Modern font collection.
Tours of the original Eames House and Studio require a trip to Pacific Palisades and careful coordination with the Eames family, but one can bring the Case Study No. 8 house to the convenience of a coffee table or playroom with this authentically engineered set of 36 alphabet blocks. Created by House Industries in direct collaboration with the Eames family, the carefully matched colors require 29 separate hand-pulled print passes.
Handmade in the USA from Michigan-groan replenishable basswood and printed with non-toxic inks.
